What Stays in Your Browser
Addresses, lists, message text, headers, files and signatures you enter are processed by scripts in your browser. They are not sent to us, stored on a server or used to build a profile.
The site stores one value on your device: your light or dark theme choice, kept in local storage. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
What Leaves Your Browser
Some results depend on public internet records, so a tool sends the smallest piece of information it needs. The sections below describe each case.
DNS Lookups
DNS tools send domain names, and for the blacklist and reverse DNS tools IP addresses, from your browser to Cloudflare DNS-over-HTTPS. The full email address is never part of a DNS query. Cloudflare handles these queries under its public resolver privacy commitments.
MTA-STS Policy Proxy
Browsers cannot read another domain’s MTA-STS policy file directly, so the MTA-STS checker asks this site’s server to fetch it. The server receives only the domain name and caches the public policy for one hour.
Files Hosted by Other Domains
The BIMI checker downloads the logo and certificate published in a domain’s BIMI record. The email previews and the signature generator load remote images only when you enter or allow them, and those image hosts can see your IP address.
Hosting and Security Logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the service. Request logs are kept for a short period set by Cloudflare and are used only for security and troubleshooting.
Analytics
Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It reports aggregated page views and does not receive anything you type into a tool.
Advertising
The site currently shows no advertising and sets no advertising cookies. Reserved spaces on the page stay empty.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its use. Because the tools do not store what you enter, most requests concern hosting logs or analytics, and we answer them within one month.
Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page is updated. Significant changes are also noted on this page for at least thirty days.
